HOLIDAY LIGHTS INSTALLATION
$125.00 AN HOUR PLUS MATERIALS
We use C6 or C9 bulbs for the roof tops and big trees while we use typical Christmas Lights for tightly wrapping smaller trees and bushes. You can provide us with your own lights and clips if you'd like, but we do typically grab the materials we need for each job to ensure we have everything we need.
Will also take the lights down after the holidays if you'd like us to.

BASIC PACKAGE- $150.00 for 3 hours
(Bathroom, kitchen, living area)
-dust, vacuum, sweep, mop, windows, empty trash out of bathrooms
Deep Cleaning- $225.00 for 3.5 hours
(Bathrooms, kitchen, living area)
-includes basic cleaning package PLUS: hard wood floor protectant, inside microwave, oven and fridge, moldings and baseboards, cabinet faces, doors, tub/shower scrub
Declutter Cleaning- $75.00 for 1.5 hours
-declutter and dust
EXTRA SERVICES
Gutter clean outs-
1500 sq ft single story house -$150 to $200
2500 sq for double story house- $300 to $325
Steam Cleaning- $35 to $70 per room
DISCLAIMERS
All cleanings are scheduled by appointments ONLY. If we are unable to gain access to the home or turned away at the time of the scheduled cleaning, there is a $50.00 service fee.
We do NOT offer laundry services.
We do NOT move furniture but will do our best to get what we can see in visible places.
We do NOT climb higher than a 2 step ladder.
Contracts will be signed BEFORE any services are provided. Both customer and service provider will have a copy of the signed contract.
