Construction

Hello, my name is Emery Thomas, founder and owner of ThomasBuilt.LLC. I am currently a full time licensed carpenter and I am able to do roofing, flooring, siding, windows, interior trim, tile, decks, pole barns, sheds, power washing, staining, and basic remodeling.

Wood Working

As for woodworking, I can but am not limited to; cupboards, shelves, book cases, coffee and end tables, night stands, floating shelves, cutting boards, outdoor patio furniture, rocking chairs, wooden chests, ect. If you don't see examples of an item you're interested in, shoot us a message with your idea and an example, we will see what we can do to working it out for you.

THOMASBUILT.LLC Cleaning Division

Over a month, a house is cleaned properly by doing basic cleaning weekly and then deep cleaning the bathroom, kitchen, and living area bi weekly on rotating weeks.
We supply all of our equipment and cleaners unless a customer has requested us to use items they want to provide for us. We also offer a natural cleaning alternative THIEVES HOUSEHOLD CLEANER (from young living essential oils) if requested to use all natural. Otherwise, we will be using typical house hold cleaning supplies (Lysol, Pinesol, Fabuloso, Window cleaner, Toilet bowel cleaner, CLR, etc.)

DISCLAIMERS
All cleanings are scheduled by appointments ONLY. If we are unable to gain access to the home or turned away at the time of the scheduled cleaning, there is a $50.00 service fee.
We do NOT offer laundry services.
We do NOT move furniture but will do our best to get what we can see in visible places.
We do NOT climb higher than a 2 step ladder.
Contracts will be signed BEFORE any services are provided. Both customer and service provider will have a copy of the signed contract.

OUR PACKAGE DEALS
Basic Cleaning- “To help out the full time working families that need the extra help around the house with surface cleanings.”
For 3 hours -$150.00
(Bathroom, kitchen, living area)
-dust, vacuum, sweep, mop, windows, empty trash out of bathrooms

Deep Cleaning- “To get that packed in dirt and messes left after a party.”
For 3 hours -$225.00
(Bathrooms, kitchen, living area)
-includes basic cleaning package PLUS: hard wood floor protectant, inside microwave, oven and fridge, moldings and baseboards, cabinet faces, doors, tub/shower scrub

Deluxe Package- 3-4 hours -$325.00
(Bathrooms, kitchen, living area, +2 bedrooms)
-dust, vacuum, sweep, mop, windows, trash, baseboards, walls, doors, cabinet fronts, light housekeeping of bedrooms

Declutter Cleaning- “To help declutter your office or living room.”
1 Cleaner for 1.5 hours -$75.00
-declutter and dust

Moving package- “Deep clean and empty house top to bottom, for move in readiness.”
2 Cleaners for 8 hours -$750.00
(Bathroom, kitchen, living area, 3 bedrooms)
-wash walls, doors, windows, window sills, ceilings, dust, sweep, mop, steam clean carpets, moldings and baseboards, inside and outside of all appliances.

Commercial Buildings- declutter, sweep, mop, vacuum, bathroom, break rooms

SMALL Facility- up to 4,000 sq. ft.
2 Cleaners for 1.5 hours weekly
$500-700 per week/ per month (depending on building size)

LARGE Facility- up to 30,000 sq. ft.
2 Cleaners for 3 hours weekly
$1200-2500 per week/ per month (depending on building size)

OR
$150.00 per hourly rate (one time)

Post Construction Sites- “Clean up of demo projects and haul away.”
$300 to $550 per site (depending on size of site)

EXTRA SERVICES
Gutter clean outs-
1500 sq. ft. single story house -$150 to $250
2500 sq. for double story house- $300 to $350
Steam Cleaning- $35 to $70 per room

Dump Trailer Rental

We are offering our 10 yard dump trailer out for rentals.
$300.00 for a Two day rental
$500.00 for a Five day rental

Weight limits-
5 yards gravel
10 yards of trash
